  • How do I place an order?

Step 1. Search for the seafood you need.
Step 2. Click on the ‘Add To Cart’ button for your desired choice.
Step 3. Click on ‘Continue Checkout’ to purchase your choice or repeat steps 1 & 2 to add another seafood to your order.
Step 4. Create your account and follow the easy steps to complete your order.
You will receive an email to confirm your order and also an email to confirm your order has shipped.

Note: You can also continue as a guest.

  • Has my order been shipped yet?

All orders will receive email updates in all stages of the order process we have a four-stage process as listed below:
1. Pending – Your order has been received and is now waiting to be processed.
2. Payment Received- The funds have now been received.
3. Awaiting Shipment – Your order has now been prepared and is waiting to be dispatched.
4. Complete – Your order has now been shipped and will be trackable.

  •  If your payment was not successful you will get the payment Failed status?

 How can you guarantee my order will arrive at my address?
 If your order does not arrive we will simply reship it free of charge after 7 business days, however, we will only allow 1 free reship. 
 Can you call the mail service and see why my order has not been delayed?
No, we will not call or chase up orders until the 7 business day period has passed. We will then reship the order after 7 business days if it’snot arrived and then file a claim for the lost package (only valid for recorded shipping methods – unrecorded does not qualify for a reship and is selected at receivers risk).
 Do I get a tracking number with my order?

We can source most products in bulk quantity, If there is a product you are interested in you can contact us for a quote and we can source that for you.
 My order has not arrived within 3 business days, can I have a refund instead of a reship?
No, you will not get the choice of a refund, we are good enough to offer 1free reship which is more than some vendors offer – a refund is out of the question (only recorded shipment will qualify for a reship – unrecorded shipment will not qualify). 
 Can you guarantee my order will be here before a certain date?
No, we do not offer any guaranteed shipping dates, any estimated shipping dates and times are that of the shipping service used. If you have any complaints regards shipping times please take that up with the shipping/postal company.
 I have seen prices cheaper than yours on another website, will you price match?
